Prosciutto Wrapped Figs with Honey

Prosciutto Wrapped Figs 

Jammy warm figs filled with herby, creamy goat cheese wrapped in savory proscuitto and doused in honey, these little flavor bombs are the perfect thing to serve at your next fall gathering!

Ingredients :

  • 4 oz thinly sliced prosciutto

  • 6 figs, washed and halved at the stem

  • 4 oz herbed goat cheese

  • Honey for drizzling

  • Thyme leaves for garnish

Method:

1.        Preheat the oven to 400F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

2.        Add a dime sized amount of goat cheese to each fig half then wrap in prosciutto and add to the sheet pan. Drizzle the prosciutto wrapped figs with honey + thyme.

3.        Bake for 8-10 minutes then remove from the oven. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and serve warm and drizzle with additional honey (optional).
